Architect (Interior)

Responsibility: Prepare Architectural and Interior Design Concept, Plan, Elevation and Section, with Detail Working drawing.

• Client meeting & excellent graphical representation skill.
• Good 3D visualization and rendering skill.
• Innovative and skilled in design development.
• Develop concepts and detailed design and drawings.
• Have the passion about green architecture.
• Periodic supervision of ongoing work.
• Coordinate with other departments.
• Can work under pressure.

Educational Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor degree in Architecture from a reputed University or Institute.
• Minimum Five (3-5) years working experience with expertise in Interior Design & landscaping.
• Good 3D visualization and rendering skills.

Additional Requirements:

• Age 25 to 40 years
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Knowledge of sustainable and environmentally conscious design principles.
• Proficiency in architectural design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp/3D Max, V-ray, Enscape /D5/ Lumion)

Job Location: 314/C, Elephant Road, Dhaka-1205

Office Hours: 9.00 AM to 6.00 PM Working Days: 6 days ( Saturday - Thursday)

Job Nature: full- time

Salary: Negotiable

Provisional/Training Period: 1 to 6 Months
