Job Responsibilities:

As an Office Assistant at Barnomala Architects & Interior, you'll handle daily administrative tasks, manage office supplies, assist with scheduling, and support our team with various projects. Your role will be crucial in ensuring smooth office operations and contributing to our creative and collaborative environment.

• Manage office supplies and inventory
• Assist with scheduling and meetings
• Support team projects and tasks
• Answer and direct phone calls and emails
• Greet visitors and clients
• Maintain records and filing systems
• Handle additional duties as needed

Job Requirements:

Candidates should have strong organizational skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Excellent communication abilities and attention to detail are essential. Prior administrative experience is preferred, and a positive, professional attitude is a must.

Educational Requirements:

• Minimum education: Completion of Class 8.

Age Requirement:

• Applicants must be between 16 and 25 years old.
